Human Resources at the Arizona Health Sciences Center is a satellite office of The University of Arizona Division of Human Resources, which is dedicated to the mission, vision and values of The University of Arizona. The office, under the direction of Catherine Nicholson, SPHR, offers a full range of professional human resources (HR) services and activities to administrators, managers, faculty and staff of the Colleges of Medicine, Nursing and Pharmacy and the UA Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health. In coordination with Main Campus HR colleagues, HR@AHSC provides assistance that focuses on benefits, compensation, employee relations, organizational and performance consulting, professional development, orientation and on-boarding and recruitment and screening strategies in order to increase organizational capacity and individual and unit efficiency and effectiveness.
