At the UA College of Medicine in Tucson, the Office of Special Events is committed to working with faculty, staff, students and friends to enhance and unite the College of Medicine community through the production and management of many of the College's events and programs. These special events are an opportunity to emphasize our continued commitment to our historic mission of teaching, research, extension, engagement and economic development. Events in Tucson for faculty, staff and the community are included in the College of Medicine calendar.

At the UA College of Medicine – Phoenix, special events are a collaboration of several units.  The annual White Coat Ceremony is held in the historic Virginia G. Piper Auditorium, and planning has begun for the inaugural Match Day and Convocation events to celebrate the Class of 2011 success.
