A free lecture, open to the public, featuring Pima Council on Aging (PCOA) staff discussing PCOA’s Arizona Living Well Series and Family Caregiver Programs. The Living Well Series includes three evidence-based classes: “Healthy Living/ Managing Ongoing Health Conditions,” “A Matter of Balance” and “Enhance Fitness.”
The lecture is part of a series of “Living Healthy with Arthritis” monthly talks presented by the Life Compass initiative of the Arizona Arthritis Center at the University of Arizona College of Medicine and supported through the Susan and Saul Tobin Endowment for Research and Education in Rheumatology.
