Mission: Supporting and Improving the wellbeing of residents and fellows at UA COM.

Resident Wellbeing: having the internal and external resources to meet the mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual needs in order to navigate and thrive in the intense and challenging experience of residency and fellowship training while laying the foundation for a successful medical career.

Vision: A culture and organization that empowers residents, fellows, faculty, and staff to achieve optimal wellbeing.

Strategic goals:

Improving the personal health of residents and fellows
Creating a culture of wellness and respectful communication
Supporting individual Programs to improve the wellbeing of their residents and fellows
Increasing and destigmatizing mental health resources for residents and fellows
