Undergraduate students pursuing a degree through the College of Medicine – Tucson have access to our world-class faculty and facilities. The following majors are offered by, or in collaboration with, our basic science departments.

Bachelor of Science in Medicine
Four areas of emphasis include medical technology, basic medical sciences, medicine and society, and integrative and practice-based medicine.

Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in Physiology and Medical Sciences (Physiology Major)
This degree is offered through the Department of Physiology. Four available areas of emphasis include physiology, medical sciences, exercise and extreme physiology, and physiological research and innovation.

Bachelor of Science in Emergency Medical Services (EMS)
This degree is offered through the Department of Emergency Medicine and is available for certified paramedics.
