Public Service Announcement Competition

Get your creative juices flowing! Develop a public service announcement (PSA) to increase public awareness of viruses, pandemics, vaccines, science or public health. Use the PSA to educate a lay audience on the importance of an issue related to the symposium.

Anyone 18+ years old can participate. Be creative—ideas include PSAs to educate about vaccine safety, the importance of COVID mitigation, why scientific research is important, and so much more.

The PSA may take the form of a placard/poster or a video. Videos must be limited in length to 60-seconds.

  • Eligible PSAs must be scientifically and medically accurate!
  • Eligible PSAs must represent only your own art, design or creation!
  • Teamwork is welcome!

PSAs will be judged by a panel and shown before and after the symposium and during breaks.


The top three winning PSAs will be awarded cash prizes of $300, $200 and $150.

 

To submit an entry follow the instructions below. 
Both steps must be completed by 12:00pm Thursday, March 18 in order for entries to be considered.
