About the Speaker:
Dr. Adams is an Arizona native who attended college at Arizona State University. There he studied psychology and began work in a neuroscience lab with a focus on drug addiction. After spending a significant amount of time in a basement with lab rats he started his medical training in Glendale, Arizona at Midwestern University. Following this he completed his internal medicine residency here in Tucson at the University of Arizona where he is currently an infectious disease fellow in his second year of training.
