Annual/Post-Tenure Review

Annual performance reviews of faculty are performed to ensure accountability to the University community and the citizens of Arizona.  They are intended to involve faculty members in the design and evaluation of goals and objectives central to their own personal and professional growth, and to assess performance and accomplishments in the areas of teaching, research and service.

Each year the University of Arizona annually reviews faculty (both UA and Affiliates) in our online system, UA Vitae. This system allows comprehensive accounting of faculty activities, facilitates accurate reporting for accreditation, academic program reviews and other reporting needs.
