Email and Web Server Access

Dear COM Faculty and Staff,

The College of Medicine experienced an outage affecting our end-users beginning at 8:30 P.M., February 6, 2017.  The outage affected access to email from the web and smart devices for most users and caused a delay for email being delivered from external organizations.

In addition, there is currently an outage on one of our web servers which prevents the following sites from loading:

There is also a server certificate issue that is prompting users with security warnings when connecting to:

At 6:45 A.M. today full access to email was restored.  Mail that was delivered during the outage may take a few hours to be cleared from the queues. 

The team is working with Dell to assure accessibility to all services that have been affected by this outage.  We will send a status update when available.
