Check my College of Medicine email server settings

  1. Open the Control Panel and click on the Mail icon.
    Note: If you don’t see the Mail icon, click the View by: drop-down menu and select Large icons.
  2. Click Email Accounts.
  3. Click to highlight your email account.
  4. Click Change... 
  5. Click More Settings... 
  6. Click on the Connection tab.
  7. Click Exchange Proxy Settings… 
  8. These values should be listed. If not, please update them:
    Use this URL to connect to my proxy server:
    Connect using SSL only: Yes
    Only connect to proxy servers that have this principal name in their certificate:
  9. Click OK.
  10. Click OK in the Microsoft Exchange window.
  11. Close all other windows and restart Outlook to see if the problem is resolved.
