Ms. Givens oversees the development and implementation of the continuous quality improvement (CQI) system linked to the accreditation standards. She also directs and oversees the institutional self-study every four years and the preparation required for the accreditation survey visit every 8 years. Ms. Givens is the college’s liaison to the national accrediting body (LCME) and the COM-T administrative offices regarding accreditation and college policy and procedures that demonstrate compliance. She also provides consultation and administrative direction to the COM-T administrators in project development to ensure compliance and oversees the implementation of the CQI projects. Ms. Givens interfaces with IT on data decision support systems for accreditation reports and monitoring compliance.
