Phoenix Elective Requests
Phoenix electives are requested through the Student Records Office as students may not reach out to the individual sites. The first request is submitted in February in partnership with the College of Medicine - Phoenix. Once the first placement is complete, the add-drop period will open. This phase is managed by the Student Records office in Tucson. The Change of Schedule Form must be used for requests to ADD and DROP Phoenix elective courses. This form must be submitted 60 days prior to the start date of the elective.
