We will support College of Medicine – Tucson medical students with an unwavering commitment to their success.
Wouldn’t it be WONDERful?
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if medical students could focus more on their studies and less on how they’ll afford their rent? If all students had an equal opportunity to become a physician, regardless of their ability to pay for tuition? If graduating medical students didn’t face the burden of educational loan debt?
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if every medical student with a demonstrated need received financial assistance?
We believe it’s possible.
At the University of Arizona, we’re used to dreaming big, and we have a track record of discovery, innovation and achieving audacious goals.
We dream big, then we deliver.
We’re not only asking you to dream with us, but to help make our vision a reality. We are building a world full of wonder. But we can’t do it alone.
Our medical students have diverse backgrounds and come from communities large and small, urban and rural. Some of them are the first in their family to have graduated from college, or the first in their community to go to medical school. Many of them are role models who inspire the younger generations to study hard, believe in themselves and aim high in pursuit of their dreams.
We envision the elimination of financial barriers that prevent talented students from achieving their dream of becoming a physician and of pursuing the world of wonder that is modern medicine.
When our vision is achieved, we will attract the best and the brightest from all corners of Arizona. These future physicians will not have to weigh their medical school dreams against their financial realities.

How You Can Help Fuel WONDER
We’re committed to creating a future where promising students can attend and be successful in medical school, regardless of their ability to pay for tuition. Providing scholarships and other types of support will not only change the lives of medical students, but ultimately, the lives of those they will care for in the future. Quality medical care begins in the classroom, and having access to quality medical care is a wonderful thing.
We hope you will join us in fueling the success of our medical students.
