Applications open for Spring 2026 admission until November 3, 2025!

There are no additional requirements beyond the University of Arizona admission standards, which can be accessed here. There are no pre-major requirements, so you can be admitted directly to the program. We accept freshman, transfer and readmit students, and you can start in the spring and fall semesters. 

All MDDA program emphases require:

  • Total Units: 120
  • Upper-Division Units: 42
  • Math Requirement: College Algebra (MATH 112)
  • Second Language: Second semester proficiency
  • Pre-Major Required: No
