Dr. Partha was an assistant professor of medicine, Division of Primary Care, at Loyola University Health System in Chicago before moving to Tucson in 2004, and worked as an internist at University Medical Center (a predecessor to Banner University Medical Center Tucson) and Northwest Allied Physicians until joining the University of Arizona College of Medicine Tucson faculty in 2015.

Dr. Partha is also is a steering committee member for Women in Medicine and Science (WIMS), and an active member of several other committees at the college. In addition, she is a fellow of the American College of Physicians and serves on the Governor’s Council of the Arizona Chapter of the American College of Physicians. She served as an alumni board member for the UC San Diego School of Medicine (2002-06).
