Why University of Arizona? I chose the University of Arizona due to the diversity of training rotations during residency, ranging from training in Tucson, to training at an American Indian reservation, to training in South Africa. Diversity in all aspects of residency training is invaluable as it allows you to solve problems in new ways, learn from and teach others from different backgrounds, and further explore personal areas of strength and improve areas of challenges.
