Hasan T. Ozgur, MD

Adept at providing care both in-hospital and in outpatient settings, Dr. Ozgur brings experience in both diagnostic and interventional radiology. Prior to joining the College of Medicine – Tucson, Dr. Ozgur practiced at a private radiology group in Washington where he quickly advanced and became partner. Dr. Ozgur successfully treated patients with spinal pain by providing minimally invasive spinal interventions. Additionally, he played a key role in the group’s outpatient imaging center, which is still operational and successfully serving the local community.

Dr. Ozgur has served on numerous committees in various capacities including chairman and vice chairman of Department of Radiology/Pathology, Medical Executive Committee, Bylaws Committee, Surgical QI/PI Committee and Medical QI/PI Committee. He considers it a privilege to be a member of the faculty at the University of Arizona. Moreover, Dr. Ozgur is very enthusiastic about being an educator and sharing his expertise with the residents, fellows and medical students.

Dr. Ozgur is a senior member of the American Society of Neuroradiology and member of the American College of Radiology, Turkish Radiology Society and Turkish Medical Imaging Society.
