Dr. Peters is an American Board of Pathology certified forensic pathologist and has been practicing Forensic Pathology full-time since 1997. He is the Deputy Chief Medical Examiner for Pima County, AZ (Tucson) and is a Clinical Associate Professor of Pathology at the University of Arizona. He has performed nearly 5000 forensic autopsies and has testified at trial, deposition, and pretrial interviews over 200 times. He has consulted for the prosecution and defense in both criminal and civil cases at the County, State and Federal levels.
