Dr. Walter is a medical toxicologist with the Arizona Poison & Drug Information Center in Tucson. As an internationally recognized leader in toxicology and emergency preparedness, he has had the privilege to teach on five continents. Dr. Walter has served as the Medical Consultant for the Arizona Department of Health Services’ Bureau of Public Health Emergency Preparedness since 2004.
