Dr. Garcia is a native Tucsonan who recently returned from New England. While living in Boston, he and his wife became parents to two daughters, Pippa and Gemma. In his spare time, he likes to run, bike and cook (specializing in meat). His most recent endeavor is to dry age his own bone — in rib roast. His favorite activity is to travel with his family.
