Degree Programs

Education has been the cornerstone of the College of Medicine – Tucson since its founding in 1967, when the first class of 32 medical students matriculated. Since then, the college has graduated more than 4,500 talented doctors. But that’s only part of the story. In addition to the 480 students currently enrolled in the MD program, the college’s undergraduate, graduate and dual-degree programs boast more than 2,300 enrolled students, and the graduate medical education program is home to nearly 730 trainees.
