All faculty who teach in the Preclerkship Phase will be evaluated by medical students, and evaluations will be conducted through MedLearn. The Office of Accreditation, Quality & Analytics will send faculty evaluations to block/course directors, who are responsible for reviewing and distributing evaluations to the respective faculty.

This policy establishes requirements for the assignment, use, and management of student lockers at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson (COM-T). All students, regardless of their phase in the program, will have badge-restricted access to designated student lounge and study spaces within COM-T educational facilities.

These guidelines ensure a consistent practice for managing MCI outcomes across blocks and courses.

The Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974, as amended (also sometimes referred to as the Buckley Amendment), is a federal law regarding the privacy of student records and the obligations of the institution, primarily in the areas of release of records and the access provided to these records. Any educational institution that receives funds under any program administered by the U.S. Secretary of Education is bound by FERPA requirements. Institutions that fail to comply with FERPA may have funds administered by the Secretary of Education withheld.
