Medical Education Program
Clerkship
Our clerkship is designed to introduce medical students to core principles of psychiatry and provide basic knowledge, attitudes, and skills to recognize, understand and treat mental illness. During the six-week rotation, students are exposed to various stages of evaluation and treatment of patients by psychiatrists and other mental health professionals.
Students will also have the opportunity to interview and present in a one-on-one educational experience and receive direct feedback about their clinical and interviewing skills.
