If you need us to release information about your academic career at the College of Medicine – Tucson, you will need to fill out and submit an 
Authorization to Release Educational Records (COM).
We only maintain records for medical students at the College of Medicine – Tucson. Students at other University of Arizona colleges should contact the Office of the Registrar.
No other office within the University of Arizona can release records about current or former medical students at the College of Medicine – Tucson.
