Presenter: 

Head of the Department of Neurology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine - Tucson, Dr. Jordan is widely recognized for his groundbreaking work in optimizing medication dosing for acute neurological conditions and for creating innovative tools that utilize health analytics and artificial intelligence to improve clinical decision-making. He is dedicated to revolutionizing health care delivery by improving access, spearheading innovative research, and mentoring the next generation of clinicians and scientists. His research has attracted funding from esteemed organizations, including the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke, a division of the National Institutes of Health, and the Department of Defense, among others. Dr. Jordan earned his medical degree and doctorate from the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He completed his internship and residency, followed by a neurocritical care fellowship, at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. More recently, he received an MBA with honors from the Quantic School of Business and Technology, along with a Master of Science in Quantitative Management with honors from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. His diverse academic background highlights his steadfast commitment to both clinical and academic excellence. Dr. Jordan is passionate about mentoring the next generation of clinicians and scientists, recognizing the vital connection between quality education and access to top-tier health care in the community. He has received numerous awards throughout his career for his exceptional teaching and clinical skills.
