Hello everyone, my name is Ajdin Ekic. I come from Fargo, North Dakota. Although my family is originally from Bosnia and Herzegovina, we came to Fargo, ND as refugees when I was two years old. After coming to the United States, I grew up in Fargo and got my undergraduate degree in town at NDSU. Once I graduated college, I took a gap year and since then have been at the University of North Dakota Medical School in Grand Forks, ND. Some interesting things about me are that I speak two languages and that I adopted an orange cat in medical school that is always causing problems and getting into my cabinets. I chose to come to the UACOM – Tucson because it seems like a program full of great opportunities and even better teachers.
