Dr. Min has focused her career on supporting the education and professional development of students, residents and faculty members. She served as the APD of the Tucson campus residency program for seven years and then as a societies mentor in the medical school for eight years. She was the associate dean of career development in the College of Medicine’s Office of Faculty Affairs for six years, developing programs for faculty mentorship, professional growth and leadership development.

With the opening of the new School of Health Professions in the Mel and Enid Zuckerman College of Public Health, Dr. Min was appointed to a leadership position to support interprofessional faculty development. She continues to be actively involved in residency education and has been invited to speak locally, nationally and internationally on the topics of leadership, professional development and well-being in medicine.
