What are your personal interests/hobbies? I play tennis, run, make quilts, embroider and cook. I also love hanging with my fiancé and our kitty cats, Barbie and Stickers. 

What are your professional interests? Toxicology and addiction medicine

Why did you choose U of A Emergency Medicine? I liked everything about this program. The U of A offers great training for both emergency medicine and toxicology, and I love the Arizona sunshine. Also, I really liked the people when I visited, and the hospital is gorgeous. 

What is your favorite activity in Tucson or what attracted you to Tucson besides the residency program? Beautiful mountains for hiking, amazing food, low cost of living, high quality of life

What are your nonmedical goals during residency? Stay fit and active, continue to prioritize my loved ones
