Dr. Andrew Nejad is a clinical assistant professor in the Division of General Surgery at the University of Arizona. He specializes in general surgery; endoscopy; laparoscopic and robotic surgery including cholecystectomy, hernia repairs, colon and small bowel surgery, and appendectomy; emergency general surgery; hemorrhoids; and skin and soft tissue removal.
"I listen carefully to the problems my patients express and together we develop an individualized treatment based on their care needs. I integrate the most modern techniques including robotics and advanced laparoscopy, to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction," he said.
Outside of clinic, Dr. Nejad enjoys playing the piano, cooking, gardening and playing golf.
