Angela Monetathchi, MD

Angela Monetathchi graduated from Chapman University in 2014 with a degree in Psychology before moving to Tucson in 2017 to complete her medical school prerequisites. She is an alumna of the Pre-Medical Admissions Pathway Program and recently graduated from the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson with a distinction in Rural Health.

Prior to medical school, Angela worked in food and beverage as a waitress, an experience that strengthened her communication skills and deepened her appreciation for connecting with people. She chose UACOM-Tucson for residency because of the outstanding training and supportive environment she experienced during medical school, and she is grateful to continue her journey in the Tucson community and the Sonoran Desert among its iconic saguaros.
