Extensive involvement with providing primary medical care in a physician team approach with neurology and psychiatry to complex medical patients. Facilitation of care to group home clients. Transition care from inpatient psychiatric pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients. Treatment of United States Veteran PTSD. Broad psychiatric care in primary medicine center including personality disorders, psychotic disorders, sleep disorders, anxiety/depressive disorders, cognitive impairment both at birth and acquired, complex neurological disorders, autoimmune disorders with psychiatric symptoms, NMDA- receptor antibody encephalitis, and acute infectious cognitive status change.
