Hannah Sy Tiu, MD

Hannah S. Tiu, MD, joined the faculty in the University of Arizona Division of Nephrology at the UA College of Medicine Tucson in July 2016.
Dr. Tiu received her medical degree from St. Luke's College of Medicine in The Philippines and completed her internal medicine residency at St. Vincent's Charity Medical Center, an affiliate of Case Western Reserve University, in Cleveland, Ohio. She worked as an academic hospitalist at the Cleveland Clinic, before she completed her fellowship in nephrology at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
Her undergraduate degree, from De La Salle University in Manila, The Philippines, is in chemistry.
She is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and holds additional certifications for Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and and BLS (Basic Life Support).
