Jason L. Chen, MD

Dr. Jason Chen is an Internal Medicine resident who earned his medical degree at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson. An Arizonan native, he chose to remain at his home institution for residency training, drawn to the strong camaraderie among his co-residents and a faculty deeply dedicated to medical education. His clinical interests focus on pulmonary and critical care medicine, as well as the application of point-of-care ultrasound (POCUS).

Outside the hospital, Jason is a culinary enthusiast who enjoys exploring diverse cuisines and discovering new restaurants. To balance his love for great food, he stays active through strength training, hiking, and tennis. He is also a passionate traveler who is currently planning his next big adventure to Japan.
