Dr. DuPont is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon who serves as the program director of the micrographic surgery and dermatologic oncology fellowship. He teaches and mentors medical students, dermatology residents and MSDO fellows at the University of Arizona Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Southern Arizona VA Health Care System in Tucson. He also performs Mohs surgery at Oasis Dermatology in Green Valley, Arizona. His clinical practice is focused on Mohs micrographic surgery and reconstruction, and he performs approximately 1,500 surgeries annually across multiple sites.
Since joining the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson faculty in 2015, Dr. DuPont has remained dedicated to surgical education, mentorship and excellence in cutaneous oncology. His advanced training included work with nationally recognized Mohs surgeons Duane Whitaker, MD, past president of the American College of Mohs Surgery, and Nathalie Zeitouni, MD, former director of Mohs surgery at the Roswell Park Cancer Institute in New York.
