Where are you from? Scottsdale, Arizona

What are your personal interests/hobbies? I love running, hiking, reading fantasy books (the more dragons the better), going to sporting events, and spending time with my rabbit, Asher, aka Mr. Destructor.

What are your professional interests? EMS, ultrasound, medical education.

Why did you choose our program? The residents and faculty here are so supportive and fun to be around! They made me feel like I was a member of the team from the first day of my away rotation. Also, the vibey doc box is a pretty cool perk.

Favorite activity in Tucson, or what attracted you to Tucson besides the residency program? As an Arizona native, I can’t believe my first time visiting Tucson was during my away rotation. I was shocked at how beautiful it is here! I immediately fell in love with the incredible views and I had such a fun time exploring different places to hike and traveling up to Mount Lemmon.

What are your non-medical goals during residency? Hike the Grand Canyon rim-to-rim, start biking more, snowboard, hopefully learn some Spanish and spend time with my family!
