What are your personal interests and hobbies? Running, watching baking shows, group fitness classes, eating dessert, taking naps. 

What are your professional interests? Community emergency medicine, event medicine, toxicology.

Why did you choose our program? I chose U of A emergency medicine because of the lovely residents I encountered on my interview day, as well as the comprehensive training and teaching opportunities offered in both community and academic emergency medicine. I was also incredibly impressed by the strong sense of community among the faculty and residents at the U of A, which I believe will provide me with the support necessary to grow both personally and professionally throughout residency.

What is your favorite activity in Tucson or what attracted you to Tucson besides the residency program? Phenomenal hiking opportunities, great food choices and close proximity to family.

What are your nonmedical goals during residency? Start a garden, flip some furniture, ski more, spend quality time with loved ones, get a pet.
