What are your professional interests? Rural medicine, palliative care, medical ethics, medical education. 

Why did you choose U of A Emergency Medicine? It offered the perfect balance of longitudinal training within academic, community, county and pediatric emergency settings.

What is your favorite activity in Tucson or what attracted you to Tucson besides the residency program? All the amazing outdoor opportunities, year-round sunshine and the diverse food options available. Tucson is a UNESCO city of gastronomy. 

What are your nonmedical goals during residency? Refine my Spanish, travel and see how many breakfast burritos I can eat at the cafeteria.
