Dr. Munn is a Midwesterner at heart, beginning her medical education and completing residency in Ohio. She then felt the call of the Southwest and moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico for a fellowship in Emergency Medical Services before settling in Tucson to begin her career. Dr. Munn works clinically in all three of the Banner University Medical Center emergency departments (Tucson, South and Diamond Children’s) and serves as faculty for the BUMCT EM residency as well as with the EMS fellowship. She is the medical director for three local EMS agencies and has a passion for EMS education. Her interests include EMS, of course, as well as resident and prehospital provider education, political advocacy, and wilderness medicine. As having outside interests is imperative, she also enjoys hiking, camping, travel, the Great British Bake-Off, and trying ALL of the local restaurants.
