Dr. Munn is a Midwesterner at heart, beginning her medical education and completing her residency in Ohio. She then felt the call of the Southwest and moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico, for a fellowship in emergency medical services before settling in Tucson to begin her career.

Dr. Munn works at all three of the Banner – University Medical Center emergency departments (Tucson, South and Diamond Children’s) and serves as a faculty member for the Banner – University Medical Center Tucson emergency medicine residency program as well as with the emergency medical services fellowship.

She is the medical director for three local emergency medical services agencies and has a passion for emergency medicine education. Her interests include emergency medicine, of course, as well as resident and prehospital provider education, political advocacy and wilderness medicine. She also enjoys hiking, camping, travel, "The Great British Bake Off" and trying all of the local restaurants.
