Dr. French serves as core faculty in the University Campus Emergency Medicine residency and works clinically in the Emergency Departments at Banner UMC Tucson and South Campuses. His responsibilities also include shifts with Physician-1, the EMS physician field response program. 

Medical toxicology consultation services are provided through the Arizona Poison and Drug Information Center.

He is an avid recreational SCUBA diver and particularly enjoys diving along the nearby Baja Peninsula and Revillagigedo Islands (Socorro).
