Ross A. Dubois, MEd

Manager, Special Projects

Dubois has served the Office of the Dean at the College of Medicine – Tucson since 2017. As manager of special projects, he supports the dean and senior leadership in developing initiatives and producing signature events that align with the college’s mission.

Before joining the College of Medicine, Dubois worked on NASA’s OSIRIS-REx asteroid sample return mission as a building manager and meeting planner for the science operations center. His work included overseeing facility renovations, the construction of a cleanroom to build spacecraft instrumentation, and coordinating multi-institutional science team meetings across the country in preparation for the spacecraft’s launch.

Prior to that, he guided nighttime sky tours at Kitt Peak National Observatory, helping guests from around the world explore the universe through telescopes and binoculars under the dark desert sky.
