Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, Dr. Duong first moved to Arizona for medical school and has remained captivated by its sunsets and cacti ever since. Before medical school, she worked in pediatric emergency medicine research and served as a mentor for underserved youth in the Greater Toronto Area.
On her days off, you can find her trying out a new boba shop, adding to her growing collection of lapel pins, playing games on her Nintendo Switch, and probably defending the superiority of the metric system.
