Dr. Richins was born and raised in Salt Lake City, Utah. He grew up loving outdoor recreation. When not busy with work, you'll probably find him on the trails hiking or fly fishing at a nearby stream. He also enjoys playing and watching sports, with hockey being his favorite. Prior to medical school, his work as a personal tutor instilled a passion for teaching and mentorship, and he hopes to mentor residents and medical students as part of his professional responsibilities.
