Ubair Ahmed, MD

Dr. Ahmed is a pulmonary medicine physician and critical care specialist at Tucson Medical Center and a preceptor for University of Arizona College of Medicine – Tucson medical students during their rotations at TMC. He’s linked to the college through the Department of Medicine’s Medical Education Office. He joined the U of A’s faculty in 2024 and has been with TMC since 2023. Prior to that, he was with Tucson Pulmonology PC going back to 2011. Dr. Ahmed also is an adjunct assistant professor at Midwestern University’s Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona, and A.T. Still University’s Arizona School of Health Sciences in Mesa, Arizona.
