Learning Objectives

1. Differentiate distinct features of opioid use disorder (OUD) in older adults
2. Develop deprescribing strategies for older patients with opioid misuse and abuse
3. Incorporate pharmacotherapy (i.e., buprenorphine) as a method for treating OUD in older adults.
