Geoffrey D. Rubin, MD, MBA, professor and chair of radiology and imaging sciences, has been named president-elect of the Association of Academic Radiology.

They bring the U of A’s total number of elected American Association for the Advancement of Science fellows to 30. Among them is cardiologist Marvin Slepian, MD, JD, a Regents Professor in the College of Medicine – Tucson and Sarver Heart Center member.
